Bill Hendricks 67 yrs old Natural lifter, USMC veteran (Born in 1950) – I started lifting weights in 1962 at age 12. I worked out virtually every day for the next 5 years, including doing at least one set of 101 sit-ups each workout. By 1967 I’d graduated from High School, was built of tensile steel, and joined the USMC all at the ripe old age of barely 17. Time passed, life beat the crap out of me, but one thing was always there to help me through – lifting.
I’m now retired, single, and at the gym 6 days a week for 1.5 – 2.5 hours each day and always “hit it hard”.
