This recipe and stir technique will provide you with a delicious, state of the art ganache for your viewing and eating pleasure. Use it as a filling for Macarons, or layer it on top of cakes or truffles to give your desserts that extra push. You know what they say… when in doubt… Add more chocolate!

10.7 ounces- heavy whipping cream
